Most of my items are CUSTOM made-to-order and created and designed in my studio, just for you, with your sizing and your specifications. I want you to give a personalized gift, which is just as unique and wonderful as you!

Due to the nature of my work, I have designed the following return policies:

1) Monogrammed/personalized items, custom specialty items or made-to-order designed or themed items cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the item itself and not the design or design elements. Monogrammed items can be exchanged as stated above OR if the monogramming is incorrect and is the fault of the buyer. Incorrect order is NOT exchangeable as we ask for the correct monogramming information beforehand.

2) Premade sets that are not custom made or altered, and are not monogrammed, can be returned for a credit only. I will always strive for your satisfaction, so if ever there is a problem, please email me the full details. I will always reply with a resolution, IF it does not fall under the above policies.
